Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Please ensure your address is accurate; we are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses.

Duties/Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country; these are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all US and international orders with no minimum order value. Expedited shipping options, where available, may incur additional charges. Current shipping options are shown at checkout.

SECTION 24 - PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND GIFT CARDS

Promotions and discounts are subject to separate terms, which will control in the event of a conflict with these Terms. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Digital gift cards are delivered by email, do not expire, and are redeemable only on our website. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced except where required by law.
